The Council Bluffs Optimist Club invites you to join us in celebration of 100 years sharing the history that lives right here in Council Bluffs. When the organization became “Optimist International” in 1919, all existing clubs were in the United States. The first international club was formed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in 1924. Now, Optimism has spread through 26 countries around the world, and our international impact grows every day. Our club’s vision is to bring the message of 100 years of international service to our community and throughout the 2023-2024 year.
Join us Thursday, January 25th from 6:30-9:30pm for an evening of fellowship and food. With live entertainment featuring “Just Duet! Dueling Pianos” attendees will also have the opportunity to bid on silent auction items generously donated from local businesses.
